Our team leans on experience to acquire multifamily properties with strong potential to add value for the purpose of repositioning and exiting for a profit. By upgrading apartment units with modern finishes, renovating exterior components, or fixing deferred maintenance we create additional value for our investors and quality products for our tenants to call home.

Jones Equity targets strong Texas markets with proven demand growth in apartment living by leaning on experience and industry professionals We manage all aspects of sourcing and acquiring multifamily properties in strong markets to provide our investors with a stress free entrance into an exceptional asset class.
After closing, we begin executing a value-add business plan by optimizing management, conducting interior renovations, and exterior improvements throughout the property. Our value-add business plan puts a focus on strengthening the balance sheet and stabilizing the asset. Repositioning the asset provides a quality product for our tenants to call home while also adding value to the property for our investor partners.
During ownership of the property, our investor partners benefit from monthly or quarterly cash flow distributions, allowing our investors to enjoy truly passive income with no work required.
Upon conclusion of the project, we handle the disposition of the property entirely. Investor's initial capital is then returned along with any additional gains.
